One of a kind boot camp style program for women!
Mellifit's Female Fit Camp is a 4, 8 or 12 week adventure, 3x per week, 45 minutes per session. At each session you are challenged to rise above your own limitations. Each session is a new opportunity to work toward the health goals that you haven't been able to achieve on your own.
The workouts are unique, result oriented, master trainer designed to meet maximum results and are NEVER the same!
Tabata, kickboxing, kettlebell and sprints are just a few of the training tools implemented to get you toned and tightened. Along the way Melanie offers incentives for maintaining a food log, being accountable for your attendance and healthy, yummy treats on Fridays!
