CHALLENGE GROUPS

What is a Challenge Group?

A Challenge Group is a small, exclusive group committed to getting healthy by participating in the same or similar Beachbody workout programs for a defined period of time, usually 21 days. We also utilize Shakeology as a meal replacement once per day in order to fully maximize our results. This is a winning combination! An Independent Team Beachbody Coach, like myself or a member of my team, "Team Eat Sweat Pray", organizes the group and sets up a specific and private Facebook page for the group members. Everyone in the group supports and motivates each other to achieve their health and fitness goals by sharing tips, accountability, and results.  It is a team committed to success!

Can I purchase a Challenge Pack and do it on my own?

Yes! Here are the steps:

  1. Go to Beachbodycoach.com/Mellifit
  2. Click on 'SHOP TEAM BEACHBODY" (DON'T FORGET THE NEXT STEP!)
  3. Click on 'CHALLENGE PACKS" 
  4. Pick a program such as PiYo, 21 Day Fix, Insanity, etc. Whichever program works best for you. 
  5. Get on the home direct delivery of Shakeology. Drinking one Shakeology daily is an integral part of the program. Personally I replace breakfast with Shakeology during the week & as an afternoon snack on weekends!
