Female Fit Camp Plans:
Fit Camp Location: HEATHER HILLS CLUBHOUSE- 901 Claymore Dr Garner NC 27529
Class Times: 5:30-6:15AM  or  6:15-7:00AM
  
Class Schedule: 
(3 classes weekly) Monday/Wednesday/Friday mornings
(After each 4 wk period, we take 1 wk off. This week is for "active rest" on our own to allow the body to recover properly & reap the rewards of our hard work. After each 1 wk "active rest" period we are back at Fit Camp for another 4 wks!)

$200/month
  • Female Fit Camp comes to you
  • Monthly rate (12 sessions:45min-1hr/3x weekly/4 weeks)
  • 4 person min-15 people max (you & friends/family members etc)

  • I come to you with my fitness equipment
  • Monthly rate (12 sessions:45min-1hr/3x weekly/4 weeks)
  • Tailor made fitness & nutrition plan designed to meet your needs/goals
  • Buddy system - train with a partner or small group-up to 4 people (ask about shared time rates)

Walk to Run Training

$600/8wks

  • I come to you-I run with you (3x/wk-8wks)
  • 8 week plan: I will take you from walker to runner
  • Teach proper form-how to manage your stride-watch strike points etc
  • You will be ready to & together we will run a 5k after week 8 (race entry fee/t-shirt inc.)
